It was my first day today and I’m alone sense I clean the big pits and pans and some utensils it’s pretty easy or was because of the holiday today but I know tomorrow will be busy so I’m trying to get it down. Proper way of every day life. So true!

this looks good for a video but you should show how this looks in a real time kitchen.

sensitive hands what mild detergent or dish soap should be used? what are the ingredients too look out for. dry hands and damaged skin from harsh dishsoaps and detergents has deterred many from dipping their hands into the sink

They don’t have a thermometer at my job I guess lol 😂 because I asked the supervisor and she didn’t give me one so if all the customers get sick it’s not my fault 😂 but this isn’t some fine dining establishment clearly because the mop buckets are nasty no one cleans them out and they are old. Can’t stand when no one cleans the mop buckets out properly

What's even sadder is I'm having to teach my management team this as nobody else in my kitchen does it correctly.....

Can you use a powerful hot water sprayer to remove debris? Does it have to be a brush, sponge, or scrub pad? This is an important question.
@mariahconklin4150 Жыл бұрын
I use the water sprayer then soak them in the soap and wash them with scrub pad 🤷♀️ haha but I don’t have much experience

Some employees can't read they use hot water instead of cold. One time I changed the sanitizer and a guy went after me and changed it to hot. To me that was really stupid.

If you have a dishwasher in the kitchen, is the sanitation station still necessary?
@TheRealMisterJ2 жыл бұрын
A lot of commercial dishwashers have a sanitizing phase, so if yours does that then no..and if it doesn't then yes, after they must be soaked in sanitizer
