When you do videos where you are specifically "restricted" to eating less nutritionally dense/low protein items (i.e. I ate at bakeries all day), do you feel any acute negative impacts? The biggest difference between Italy and America is that we get to eat devoid proper nutrition of wheat within our bread cereals cookies cakes you name it. We have horrible pesticide laden wheat.
