Linked to the wrong logic gate/Missing 1-2 logic gates 3. Timer Length of the button needs to be set to >5 for better gameplay

the video that will revolutionize the entire PBM fandom: edit: Lately I have been making many improvements to the codes, and I even memorized the formula to create a code and with the help of it I managed to create a custom code what is for maps of caves or temples, which is like a round table (of 3X3) where at each of its ends there were 4 buttons (red up, blue to the right, orange to the left and green down) and as for how you have to guess the code, there will be drawings on the walls that are circles of different colors, the color represents the key that it refers to and the number of them the drawing represents the order (for example there could be a drawing with 3 green circles, so the green button is the third one) I also made improvements with the first code that you showed in the video, for example I made a mechanism for all the codes that is based on a trigger touch trigger and an npc spawner, this consists of that the touch trigger will be configured in which it can not only be touched by players, that it is activated forever after being touched and that it can be activated by infected, and as for the link Well, I connect the AND gate to the npc spawner and I connect the touch trigger to the gate and other things that it would activate.. Continuing with the theme, I added a creative way to guess what the code is, and that is that first I recreate the table the number of digits that the table has (in this case, if there are 5 digits, I put 5 copies of the table) and in each of these copies I do not put the buttons or the linking, but some notes, they will all have the symbol "?" except for one that will have a letter (either A, B, C, D or E) basically if I sum it up, the digit that doesn't have the "?" represents the button of the table, and the letter represents the order (for example in a copy the digit n° 4 has the D, so 4 is the fourth code digit) Also, when the code is deciphered, automatically thanks to the technique that I showed moments ago, powered blocks will be activated that will no longer allow anyone to touch some button on the board (this is to prevent someone from breaking the code in any case) next to a light that is on the cable that connects the board to the door, showing that it has been activated... After that you put another circular table offset in front of one of the green blocks and put a gray metal ladder, It should be so that each space is like a mini eye. and finally you put a lever in each space, and then connect each lever to its green block... It also connects the timer to the XOR gate of the light version of the dark block. and to a sound block configured this way: vol 1.5, pitch 1, not looped and this sound ID: 191040613 (vent slam)... the other XOR gate connected with the touch trigger connect it to a link hub and the link hub connect it to the entire wall except the dark block and his light version... Returning to the panel behind it, put 4 XOR Gates and connect each lever to its respective XOR gate, and then connect those Gates to their respective lights and each XOR gate must be connected to a AND gate, After this try to make connections between the XOR Gates so that it is somewhat confusing, but at the same time possible that all the XOR Gates can be activated... the AND gate connect it to the XOR gate connected to the link hub, to a kind of counter that the panel is resolved (in summary, above the space leave another small space 1 high and 2 wide, which is right above the middle of the panel, then fill it with a red block and with a circular table offset, put a green activatable block in front of it, with another circular table offset in front of it, put metal stairs that must be inside of the red and green blocks, the edges of the stairs should be so that they are around the 2 blocks, and under the small counter put a circular table offset pointing towards down, and from there put another ladder that is in the same shape as the others to prevent the buggy from being seen in the small light...) also connects the AND gate to a block sound with these settings: vol. 1.5, pitch 0.7, not looped and this sound ID: 3267014548 (wrench generator), the XOR gate connected to the light version of the dark block and obviously lastly to the thing you want to activate... Then all that remains is to move all the parts of the wall covering the panel and that's it...

You can change the timer length of each button to maybe 9999 seconds, and the door will never close. HOWEVER THOUGH... you can't click the buttons in the wrong order as it'll never reset :-/

Hello 😊 Piggy Build Mode does not have the feature to make the codes random for now, so the only way to make them random is to use the move tool to swap the positions of the buttons :)

The explanation is seriously challenging to do, so I'll recommend you to try the number code first as it's the simplest to understand. Once you've understood, you'll be able to apply it to all kinds of combination code events :)

A question I have is if there is an ability to randomly select a code. After playing through the map and having a code (just gonna use 123) 123 the whole time, people will eventually figure out, and manually relinking everything takes a while for a new code. So would there be a way that the randomly select gate could make the code 321 and we would have to figure that out?

As of right now, I don't think it's possible as the linked gates are scripted to work as a fixed mechanism. I'll test out your idea when I have the time :)

u don't need to manually relink it, just for example, if you want to turn 123 into 213, just move the 2 button into the one spot, and the one button into the two spot, no relinking needed!

As of right now, I don't think it's possible to use logic gates to make the code different every round. However, you can use the move tool to change the positions of the logic gates, and the combination will be changed. (You can also move it randomly without memorising the pattern and it'll be a completely random code for you to unlock as well)

Yup, it's possible. I saw someone who made 10 buttons (just like the number dial pad). The linking part just needs to be accurate, and you can use as many buttons as you want (or colors for this case)

Here's some troubleshooters, it might be one of the reasons why it doesn't work: 1. Timer length of each button needs to be set for 5 seconds or longer. 2. Take note of the "link back" mentioned in the videos. (e.g. you need to link A to B first, but you linked B to A first) 3. Delete all links/unlink all links before trying it all over again (there have been instances where some links were still found unlinked and bugged the whole system)

you could mabye use a random link that spawns NPC and then based on the amount of NPC (using touch trigger) generate some code. Other than that I don't think so.

I'm not so sure whether is it broken for you, but you can try doing it in another map slot or rejoin. Otherwise it could be that there's too many links in your map already or the XOR gates are bugged rn

Apologies for the late reply, I must have heart it by accident while scrolling through the comments. 1. Each button's timer length needs to be set >5 seconds 2. The relinking part is confusing, so you may want to rewatch and see if you've missed out any (It's completely normal to not understand as it's too complicated) 3. The link gates are bugged and you have to unlink and relink again 4. Delete all the links and relink because bugs exist (That's if number 3 didn't work) Let me know if you still need any help :)

Hmm, you can try with setting each button's timer length to 5-10 (seconds). Otherwise, you can try linking everything again because the links might bug (but the chances of it happening is very low)

Hewo! (sorry for the late reply) If you mean that you don't want to unlink and link all the logic gates to set another combination code, then you can simply use the move tool to shift the buttons randomly

But if you mean you want a different combination which is not "123" and you are unsure on how to link the logic gates, one simple way is to arrange the buttons in the same order (first > second > third), and use a note to indicate the order you intend to make. (e.g. first button as the second button to be pressed). The code event is ultimately linked in reverse (from last to click to first to click), so if you're having troubles linking immediately from your code event (e.g. 213 instead of 123), then I'll suggest you to put it as "123" then use the move tool to adjust such that it's "213". Let me know if you still need any help :)

When u add a colour to another colour in ur pattern, it confuses me

For the colour code event, I used the combination "Green, Red, Yellow, Blue". The logic gates are linked back (in reverse) - starting from Blue, Yellow, Red and Green. It might be confusing since I only showed one combination for the colour code event, so you can probably try with the number code event (since it's 1-2-3), then you can just apply the same linking technique to the colour code event (which has 4 buttons instead of 3). If it's still quite difficult, I'll recommend you to use the offsets and get the buttons to where they are supposed to be, followed by using the move tool and arranging them in the order "1st to click-2nd-3rd-4th" (like the number code event). Then just move back the buttons to where they are supposed to be once you've done linking. Lmk if you still have any queries :D

Yoo, I'll recommend you to try with the number code first. It's pretty challenging to do the color code (since there are 4 buttons instead of 3), so you can master the number code before working on the color code. Also here are some tips for you when doing the code (in case you need them): 1. Timer length of each button to be set for >5 seconds 2. If it doesn't work, try to unlink the logic gates and relink them back as it might be a bug
