Hello! Yes there is a mini mart just on the right side of the reception entrance. You can also get beer from treasure bay area. There is a mini mart at the place where you rent your e scooter. 😊

Hello! Yes there is convenience store just beside the hotel reception. Within the resort there is only 1 restaurant and the price is on the higher side. We order 3 dishes and the price is closed to $80+. For cheaper options i think you can book a taxi to nearby night market for dinner. There is also some one at the hotel lobby promoting their restaurant. You can find more information here. www.bintan-resorts.com 😊

Hihi! We booked the accommodation from Klook. The ferry from SG to Bintan was booked separately. Lastly all the activities were booked at the resort. 😊

Hi.. do you need to book the activities online beforehand. Before going there? The massage, atv, the scooter rentals etc. Or can do the bookings over there? Thanks

You can book over there. Best is to plan and book all your activities on your first day. The ATV, e scooter and massage are all first come first served. On our first day the e scooter was already fully booked and we can only book the next day. 😊
