HI, we'll be there in 2 weeks for only 2 days via Milan from Zurich, CH... But everyone says "book in advance" - does this mean getting like a "City Pass" that includes Museum? Thanks for the awesome video too!

You don't need to invest in a city pass if you aren't going to be visiting that many attractions. I think a city pass is only worth it if you add up the individual cost of all the attractions you wish to visit and it would cost more than to buy the city pass. What everyone means is that it would be a good idea to book individual attractions in advance such as reserving a timed entry slot to see Michelangelo's David. All of Italy is closed for repairs, I preparation for thr jubilee next year.

It's definitely true that there is no longer a truly 'low season' in Florence but I still prefer spring and autumn to high summer!
