Thank you, day trip wasn’t enough for Kamikōchi but we only had limited time in Takayama. We want to visit Takayama again with more time 😊

@@JustLife-0_0 Kamikochi takes some travel time for a day trip, but it's totally doable. I managed to squeeze it into my trip from Matsumoto to Takayama pretty smoothly. We took trains and buses. We left Matsumoto at 8 AM, spent around 4 hours in Kamikochi, and got to Takayama before 6 PM. It was a packed but super rewarding day! My wishes to visit these 2 places again too!!
