Basically Shaun carries more muscle and better conditioning then Keon. Keon has a more Aesthetic frame and better V tapper so really depends what the judges are looking for that day. I'm pulling for Shaun for the win 🏆

You are posing in an open gym where absolutely everyone has a cell phone. They are all zooming in and taking pics of you? Perhaps some of those people have been paid to do just that by your competitor’s trainers. Do they not have separate rooms you can go and strip down and pose in privacy?
