You must eat lot better especially since your breastfeeding. Your baby had gotten fatter so he’s alot heavier try not to carry him on your back so much lay him down and give him toys so he learns to play by himself while you get things done. Don’t spoil him by running to pick him up every time he cries. You’re doing a great job cleaning up around your house.
