Yes, sadly those of Asia origin despite being “religious “ by today’s terms are strongly affected by “cultural “ issues . This shouldn’t be mixed with religion or cultural reasons and particularly some small sector of Shia males using loophole in system for relationships.

What about people who had many traumas in their childhoods? Real traumas that left horrible consequences in the psyche of those single people? How many of those have homosexual desires? How many of those feel homosexual attractions even though they dont want to act in that manner, and yet they are unable or afraid to find a spouse? Because of fear of being judged many people choose to lie and say they are picky.... who is ready to accept their future spouse with unwanted homosexual desires? Who is ready to listen, to understand and to try to help?

It is true that many of our men are not being raised as fathers. It is also true that many of our women, unfortunately, have lost what it means to be a mother as well. I married 15 years ago and changed my entire way of life when I became a father 13 years ago. Unfortunately, the realization to my wife, that she is now a mother, was slow and she resisted. Today, Im basically both the father and the mother to our magnificent daughter.

@@hashh2019 No one is being "exposed". Im sorry my comment hurt you; maybe you suffer from a similar lack of motherhood qualities. Individuals may be different, but motherhood and fatherhood requires pretty defined skill set. Try to develop that skill set rather than making your children a bone of contention with whom you compete with for attention from the males in your household.

Thank you......Very Comprehensive and well Delivered speech....except, there was a Missing piece of the Solution that Allah Legislates in Polygamy. I don't know if was addressed already in the Comments and I know it's seen as a Scab on Islam in most Cases instead of a Cure to fix some Problems that were addressed ...it is a Perfect as the rest of the Laws Allah SWT gives us to mend, maintain and promote a Healthy Society. Very comprehensive lecture. Love the point he made on how shia females look for "companions" not "husbands". And shia males look for "wives" not " companions" However, he should also address the sad fact that Islam is enmeshed in patriarchy, so indian males stink of male dominance. Just because the lady moves to his house, and he is physically stronger, doesn't mean he has license to " my way or the highway".
