This is why I keep a few firearms in various locations of my bedroom. I cut a hole into my wall right behind my pillow that holds a glock 19. It's similar to like a recessed bookshelf but instead of books it houses my pistol. That way if you walk into the room, it's low enough to where the pillow hides it but it perfect reach of my hands while I'm laying down and the pillow kind of hides the movement of me grabbing it

When I was 14, we remodeled our bathroom. We tore out the sink, toilet and eventually the shower. There was insulation behind the shower and one strip fell down. Behind it was an attic, I looked in and saw piles of boxes and some towels, it looked like someone set up a bed in there, this was after I saw this video, I nearly shart myself. And of course it was nothing, the boxes were full of books and the towels were just left there by the previous owners. Still scary though.

The only crawlspaces I've seen are literal crawl-spaces and there isn't any way to access them from inside the house. Sometimes it's completely open under the house and sometimes there are just a few openings around the outside, but nothing tall enough to crouch in.
