As soon as i heard "Robbie" i had a feeling. He never acted aggressive at school, always quiet if he wasn't with friends (hyper, joking, and happy with them). Ngl, i still hold a grudge against him. This was my community's "big one" in terms of a mass shooting. Early December was a busy shopping time for that mall. I had co-workers there, potentially family and friends...we still mourn the people he took away. It was sick to find out he was essentially being cheered on by a pack of edgelords

If I remember correctly he ended up offing himself in prison too awaiting sentencing like the coward he is. Couldn’t even have the courage to face the time for his crimes. I hope those poor women are all doing well now. It’s been well over a decade I’m sure at this point.

i’m pretty sure the police said the girls were runaways or adults so they never actually tried looking for them. i know at least the first two girls actually knew castro’s daughter but i don’t know how his daughter didn’t realize her dad had several kidnapped women in his house.

@@brittanyborrelli6678​​⁠​⁠1. the lack of news coverage & castro getting away with it for so long has nothing to do with castro offing himself in jail 2. castro plead guilty to 930-something charges & was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole plus 1000 years. he killed himself about a month later 3. as far as i know, all four women have recovered from their ordeal. most of them (if not all) have gone on to get married and have children of their own. the girls who were in high school when they were abducted completed their education. one girl has legally changed her name to separate herself from the trauma. one girl volunteers with the amber alert committee to comfort families of missing children and occasionally presents missing person cases on her area’s fox station 4. kind of unrelated but in april 2007, castro’s daughter (the one who knew some of the girls he abducted) was sentenced to 25 years in prison for attempting to kill her infant daughter. she was serving this sentence when the girls were rescued from her father’s house. i don’t know if she ever made any statements about what her father did but she’s probably also still in prison so her knowledge of the situation is probably still very filtered. don’t ask me why she tried to kill an infant because i don’t know, she never gave a reason and the court never speculated about one (that i know of)

With Craig's story, I think making him the slasher in the video is what set his plans into motion. Whereas, I think they should've left him alone, at the same time, I think starring in the film was his downfall as well.

That second story is basically the plot of the novel _Bad Ronald_ except in the book the crazy dude murders both girls and there's a _lot_ of SA that goes on as well. I didn't see anything proving that one was real in the video either.

My aunt my mom's best friend that's like my auntie stayed on that street as Castro but at the time he only had two of the three girls my mother and her went back and look at the Timeline when we were to go over there to visit and realize at the time we was visiting her he only kidnapped two of the girls and haven't kidnapped the third girl yet the creepy thing was we seen him and interacted with him not knowing that he was just this weird kidnapping psychopath but my aunt always knew there was something weird about him she said it was a gut feeling still gives me the creeps to the till this day
