People say Smallville is dawsons creek with super powers, and I mean, theyre kinda right… But it’s still one of the best shows ever made. The amount of times I cried and laughed and gasped watching this show is wild. They do such a great job of getting you emotionally involved. Rosenbaum is easily the best lex luthor ever, absolutely perfect in my extremely bias opinion, he is also just objectively the best. The casting was pretty much perfect all around. Not to mention the long list of actors that gained popularity from this show. Ian Somerhalder, Jensen Ackles, Paul Wesley, Lizzy Caplan, Amy Adams, Tyler Posey, Kyle Gallner, Adam Brody, Jesse Metcalfe, Alan Ritchson. Also, Miranda Cosgrove’s voice was dubbed over young Lana in the pilot episode. Legendary show

p.s.- My sentiments exactly young man at the end of the video, WHOA ❗❗❗ Even though my favorite superhero was Captain America growing up , my first introduction to the whole superhuman concept was Superman,who was himself somewhat of a patriot , he was more of a world hero in general,and I was feeling all patriotic in my later childhood comicbook reading years. But I always kept up on the Man of Steel, and tuned in for Lois & Clark and the Christopher Reeves movies and was on top of this new rendition of the Superman story. I don't believe there had yet been a telling of the boy, then youngman of steel as in depth before Smallville aired,and I was so totally into it,great show.👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I miss feeling as appreciated as Clark is in this video. The look on Chloe's face (1:21) and Clark's mother (3:08) is the way I used to be appreciated. Now, as the song says, "Took for granted all the times I never let you down". Now, it's all that is done is expected and demanded. And God help you if you don't live up to those expectations. Bobby Smith Not anymore. It took me a while to figure out the message behind Kryptonite but I eventually caught on. And it's that lack of vulnerability that I believe is a reason why many of the recent live action Superman movies aren't as good as some of the older movies, old tv shows, and even many of the animated movies. Superman may be a godlike being, but it's when his humanity shines through does he truly become a very relatable character. Sure there are more relatable characters in other series, but Superman's emotional struggles show that even the greatest heroes are no different than the common people that they walk amongst.
