The internal rotation at the trophy pose is something I haven’t seen mentioned before, great info thank you! Great videos and explanations the shorts are helping tremendously. Is Raquetflex still making making videos also? Thanks again.

You're the best. Amazing serve. Thanks a lot. Guess what? I learned this serve from you two days ago and today I played so strong shots even the coach was unable to respond to my serve 😂 Yes, incredible effortless power 😍 where are you based? I hope to take classes with you one day. Your inspiring me, your energy is incredible. I love this game so much ❤️

Great vid! For the shoulder internal rotation, I picture the elbow rising as the hand is going down.. this builds up the elastic energy to give that pop!

Are you talking about second serve in this video ?
@maxiv87442 жыл бұрын
Very good video, very good exercises! But if we talk fully seriously, there is no any elastic energy in our muscles. Procedure is that after stretching the proper muscles occurs a powerful, short-term CONTRACTION of these muscles (which sets the arm in motion in this case) and immediately the muscles relax (the arm continues to move by inertia). The so-called ballistic movement is obtained.

Too quick, could not understand, slow motion should be used
@drbonesshow13 жыл бұрын
There is a simple way to make this serve more powerful, but you will have to learn some physics. Effortless, is a nonsense term as all motion takes effort. Less wasted effort is more precise.

To make simple the complex? LOL I played against your team at saddleback in 2015 we beat you guys. What number were you on the team? I think you were a bench warmer maybe because I never saw you play the top five?
