Ingredients:
1. Mini Taco Tarts
Wheat tortilla - 6 circles
Emmental cheese
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Minced beef - 250 g
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sweet Paprika - 1 tsp
Ketchup - 100g
Greek Yogurt - 6 tsp
Cherry tomato - 6 slices
Chive
2. Mini Cones filled with Guacamole and Prawns
Wheat Tortilla - 6 triangles
Avocado - 1 pc
Onion - 1/2 unit
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Parsley - 1 tsp
prawns
Chilli
celery leaf
3. Salad Bruschetta with Anchovy and Cucumber
Ciabatta bread - 6 slices
Grated hard-boiled egg - 1 unit
Dried garlic - 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp
Cucumber
Anchovy - 6 units
Lemon zest
