One of my favorite blue cocktails is the Kenny's Cooler, from Texas Roadhouse, try out this recipe 1/2 oz Blue Curacao 1 oz Peach Schnapps 1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum 1/2 oz Sweet & Sour 6 oz lemonade

That is a good question. There are a few such as the Alligator, Acid Banana, and Green Demon. I would love to try it but I am pretty sure I cannot get it. I will have to see if I can adapt some of the recipes.

When you serve a cocktail with a lime wedge like that (margarita), what am I supposed to do with it when I want to drink?

It's just for garnish because the cocktail already has a good balance. You can just remove the garnish and place it in the glass

Depending on your personal preference it is there to enhance the appearance of the cocktail, but it also allows you to adjust the citrus level or toss it. Your choice.

The Blue Lagoon is Blue Curacao, Vodka, Lemonade. Where as the the Electric Lemonade has soda.
