Hi Amber. I'm not far from u. I live in Old Fort NC. It's 24 degrees. Real feel is 21degrees. It's pretty cold. Thanks for these crock pot meals. We lost our home in the flood. We're living in a travel trailer right now. I have 2 burners and no oven. It's kind of hard to cook. So, I'm looking for some good crock pot meals. These look really good. I'm not complaining. The Lord has been good to us. We have a roof over our heads and that's more than some people have right now. We lost 44 years of our lives. But GOD IS SO GOOD TO US. So, Mr. Crock pot here I come. LOL!

I’m weird/picky about noodle texture so I always cook noodles separately from soup. We put however much noodles we want in the bowl and top it with the soup. I store the leftovers separately too. When you reheat in the microwave you can I combine it into one bowl and heat it up. The noods don’t get soggy. If you don’t want to store separately just make sure the soup is cool when you add the noodles.

@karenkollmer31 минут бұрын
use cannellini beans instead of cream . take one can drained and add a little broth then use an emulsion blender to mash into a creamy concoction then add to your soup. Italians rarely use cream in their soups. Then, 30 mins before, put a parm rind in an melt that then stir.

@FeedingtheByrds4 сағат бұрын
I love this question. Shredding your own cheese is so worth it. We typically opt for a parmigiano reggiano because of the aging process and the rind still being attached!
