Fish are highly nutritious and it is important to select "white flesh fish" for Baby. Always de-bone the fish before cooking and also check after cooking.
Recipe #1:
White Fish (de-boned & chopped)
Rice (washed)
Butternut Squash (chopped)
Recipe #2:
White Fish (de-boned & chopped)
Rice (washed)
Carrots (grated)
Zucchini (grated)
Coconut oil
Turmeric powder
Recipe #3
White Fish (de-boned & chopped)
Rice (washed)
Peas
Sweet potato (chopped)
Coconut oil
Turmeric powder
All babies are different. So before introducing any new food to babies, always check with babies pediatricians.....
Before making any baby food, always wash your hands and all the utensils, which will be used to make baby food. And don't forget to wash all the ingredients....and it is preferable to use organic ingredients.
