Hello Corinna & Glen & furbabies..Good job with the meals. Hope all is well with you both. I had one cataract removed Tuesday afternoon on right eye.All went well..lots of eye drops..I am getting the other one done Next Tuesday afternoon. Lots of Bill's got us bogged down,but eyes are important& what a difference.Now my breaker keeps tripling so electrician is coming this am.Times aren't good right now,you know how it is..one thing after another😢.Talk to you soon my friend.🥰👍💮🦀🐞🌺🦋🌸🐠🐚🦜🌴❤

It's true, it's such a bad habit that people have. They think by pressing down on it it's cooking faster but it's not. It's just releasing all the juices.

Most electric skillets are immersible as long as you don't put the cord part in. In fact, some even can be washed in the dishwasher. I think that yours allows immersion in water, based on what I saw on Amazon for the Elite Gourmet brand. (Please confirm though.) The listing said the following: DISHWASHER SAFE and fully immersible in your sink for fast, easy clean-up upon removal of the temperature control probe. Thick cast aluminum body resists rusting or warping for added resilience.
