Hello Romani yes sometimes a frozen shoulder will move from one side to the other. I have some videos on frozen shoulder on the KZbin channel, check them out and see if they help. Let me know if you have trouble finding them. Good luck and keep a positive attitude!

I was having trouble taking push-ups against a wall seriously, so I heard Hampton at hybrid calisthenics say to do 3 sets of 50. That helped me a lot!

Yes, that works! You can also do them on a kitchen counter to make them a bit more challenging .

Really wished we had you in Green Bay, Wisconsin area. I just found your videos today, while on vacation. Your experience and explanations are excellent. Years ago I did have a few excellent physical therapists that were trained on the West coast. They were very good, thought “outside the box” for some of my issues. But they moved on. Thank you for your wonderful information, truly appreciate all of it.

So very helpful! I just joined a gym several weeks ago specifically because of osteoporosis but haven’t done a whole lot except the treadmill because I’m not sure what to do and the weight equipment is a bit intimidating. I will do these exercises!

I love exercising, and have added these in.. Some of us just can’t get to a gym because it doesn’t exist!! I live in the country, 25 min from a town. The gym there closed from covid lockdown..then never reopened. I would love to go, but traveling an hour each way is not something I can commit to, so please take that into consideration and give us exercises for osteoporosis that are really effective! I’m ready! Thanks.. I enjoy your channel and information.

New sub here! Love seeing your dog! I am doing squats now but I go down further than 90 degrees, more like going down all the way to an asian squat and then coming up. Must it be 90 degrees to be more effective? So if intensity is more important than volume, does it mean that if I can do 60 squats without breaking too much of a sweat or panting, then it's not gonna be effective? Should I then do less but maybe hold a weight or hold a band above my head or wear a weighted vest whilst doing the squats? thank you so much!
@FrontRowwithEd
@FrontRowwithEd 9 ай бұрын
Welcome to the channel! I would add some resistance since you can do 60 + without too much issue. Also when you add weight I would limit your squat to about 90 degrees. You can do a few full squats as a warm up. Good luck and stay strong!
@lebooshdiaries

@@FrontRowwithEd thanks for your kind reply. I will heed your advice on the 90 degree squat. I sometimes do squat holding a weight but not as often as I should (lazy that's why). Only reason I do a full low squat is because I feel it's easier than a 90 degree squat lol. Ok I will change my habit. Thanks and pls give a pat on the head for me to your dog, Romeo, i hope i heard his name right!

Hi, I like to know whether these exercises will be enough to challenge my bones to increase its density. I have read an article saying i need to lift 4.2 × my bodyweight to challenge enough or it called peak load to challenge the bone. Is it true? Please help me with this. Thank you.
