I'd like to add that there are built-in ND filters in some cameras and those are sooo convenient! I used to film on 5D mk II and had no matte box or even screw on NDs and had to make do (it's kind of a hobby and I haven't had a lot of spare money ever) but last year I finally got a camera with built-in NDs and started using them a lot right away! Part of that is, of course, convenience - just press a button and you have your ND on. But they give so much more creative freedom in terms of aperture and shutter angle! I still don't have a matte box but actually looking at Tilta Mirage and Vaxis filters seem to be a great point towards it as well. So yeah, I'd say the first thing for those who don't use filters is to stop underestimating them. Thanks for the video and for the review!

The importance of filters cannot be overstated! This is a sweet system for the price. I definitely think stacking filters is the move those. Single filter trays don’t utilize the power of a mattebox system.

I’d normally say your right. This seems to be the perfect fit for people leveling up their system. Need more versatility than the screw on, but can’t afford the flagship matte box systems and plate filters. The price point of these makes the latter attainable for the first time for a lot of shooters.

Guys. I have a prod company and this is the deal. For the cinema cams have nd. The social media stuff is wih sony a7s no nd. Its hard to get around with a full matte and 4/5 glass hahah .it moves alot.
