Episode 3 presents Local Rohu fish (special meitei cut) cooked with local ingredients and herbs; preserving the texture/pieces of the fish. Combined with another classic Manipuri cuisine - Eromba (mashed vegetables) cooked with bamboo shoots, small red potatoes, taro, and local herbs. Torbot Champhut (Boiled wax gourd) served along with the main dishes.
