WoW, simply Amazing Etau Raju. You can't imagine the missin':feelin' of that someone whose has missed the authentic Meitei food for the last 20 years. Yes, that's me. Having seen this video, I started watching the rest of your uploads and it brought me back in time when I last tasted THAROI THONGBA as a youth back in the early 2000s. It left me feeling nostalgic and at the same time teased my taste buds. Well, with all good things, there's always room for improvement. And with due respect to you and your cooking style, I would just like to put across few humble suggestions listed below, so that the global audience (People living abroad) to your channel also feels at home. 1. Healthy foods :: At this age when everyone is very health conscious, using too much of oil can be seen as a deal breaker and that's not gonna be healthy for anyone. 2. Hygiene :: In this video, you're using the same water to cook where your feet too is submerged. No matter how clean the running water of the stream/river, having to see the feet of the chef in the water used for the cooking, will put off many people, especially the ones living in the west. 3. Hand Gloves :: I understand that as per our Meitei culture, we've always used our bare hands to smashed that boiled potatoes etc etc, but we need to adapt to changing times and either use a grinder to grind/minced whatever is required or at least use a hand glove while mincing stuffs. 4. The video is great and it's professionally presented however the audio quality is very poor. At times, the music will be very loud while the voice is extremely low. So suggest you use one of those mics which you can clip it to your shirt or collar. Also please do add English Subtitles on all your uploads as there are many people watching who don't understand Meiteilon. 5. Finally, I respect the ritual of offering food while you're praying. In sync with times, the topic of food waste has gained global momentum, so it'll be great if you could saw footage, that the offered food is consumed by someone and not wasted. These few things are just my humble opinion to as I wanted to see your future uploads on par with globally acceptable standards. Hoping for a positive respond and looking forward to seeing your future videos.
