Great interview! I follow Jessie and I am learning so much from her. Hi Jessie! As far as Ozempic goes I feel like we are doing a disservice to most taking this drug. I think for some it’s necessary when they tried everything and they are going to die if they don’t do something quick. I feel like for others there is much healthier ways to get healthy and this interview goes over them in great detail. Also what more can we ask for this info we just learned is free! Thank you ladies I really appreciate learning from you.

Thanks so much for this information. What do you say to those who say NEVER eat carbs with fat or protein as it elicits the Randal Cycle and this makes damage from sugar much worse

Not a fan of Ozempic but possibly a better and safer choice than the different stomach bypass surgeries. Maybe taking it would allow the time and help people to choose to develop a healthy sustainable life style change in diet. Education and being well informed so imperative as well great support. Thank you Sarah and Jessie ❤

Chocolate.I was a little surprised the amount of refined sugar in dark chocolate wasn't mentioned. Some 70% has around 25% sugar. That Lindt 70% has 29% sugar.😮

Glucose and insuline are not an issue they just seem to be. Real issue is fructose. We can't break down fructose properly and partly broken down fructose traps cortisol in the cell. But cortisol normal function is blocking metabolism. Science doesn't understand today how cortisol is really working. Normally for fat gaining we need high glucose and high cortisol level. But when enough cortisol is trapped in cells we only need glucose.

She said sugar comes from beetroot, but I think it is sugar beet which will confuse?? Beetroot comes from the same family as sugar beets. However, it is genetically and nutritionally different. Sugar beets are white, and manufacturers tend to use them for extracting sugar and sweetening processed foods. It is not possible to extract sugar from beetroot, which is mostly red or gold.

I thought both were roots (grown under ground), but thanks for clarifying the colors and uses. I've wondered why sugar beet harvest didn't have red product. New knowledge. 👍

While these hacks may slow down glucose spikes you are still eating a lot of sugar that turns into fat and raises cholesterol levels. So moderation is key.

@@ginalee7704 I believe they can reduce spiking but the total amount of sugar consumed is exactly the same and very important because elevated blood sugar over long periods is the cause of diabetes.

This interview becomes incredibly annoying to someone wanting to soak up glucose goddess advice as the host keeps adding her own infomercials & sponsored stuff. Totally ruining the video
