Great video! I was just in Little Saigon last week, and I wish I saw this video before. Next time I’m down there I will go to at least one of these places. You sold me, and looking at the food sold me. The only thing I will avoid is the pate, because I just don’t like it, and I don’t like liver. Btw, I’ve been eating Vietnamese food since the early 90’s, and been to Vietnam before. I’m not Vietnamese but have a Vietnamese wife.

Funny thing is none of these places are in Little Saigon. 2 of them are near Little Saigon in the same city of Westminster, but the first one is in Irvine which is not even close.

Wow it was so crispy. All looks good. The tempura tofu sounds interesting snd looks good. We have a place that does served a short rib sandwich and you can dip it into a pho broth. It is so good. 🤤 yeah we do that too at some of our bakeries where you put it in your tray and then pay for it. I love the pasties. Great video 💪🏽
