First off all, it's really nice of you to think about making new content, it's something that's lacking a bit in the RL community. You are a pro, so you should use this as an advantage. The most recent video that flitz posted (playing basketball with LJ) was very interesting, for example. I really enjoy seeing high-level players facing new challenges, so a series playing the other game modes would be great, I think (playing the best players on each game mode and then playing against them in a normal game would be fun). I always like when players use random cars or even different designs, as a graphic designer I get bored seeing everyone using similar car designs. Back in the day, the car designs were so cool, and I think you could make some badass presets with all the stuff you got (imagine playing a tourney with pros and all of you are using scarabs or a random preset, would be hilarious) At the end of the day, you gotta do what makes you happy, and by doing that, I'm sure the viewers will recognize and appreciate that cuz you're awesome. For sure, we tend to not play a lot of 1s, at least comparatively to 2s and 3s, but my peak in 1s is only D3d2, and I honestly believe the majority of people C1 and below will likely not reach D3 in 1s until they hit at least C2 in 2s

1v1s vs pros where every goal you concede you choose one bind your opponent must unbind (maybe acceleration and turning can't be chosen). if it works well you could set the challenge to first player to lose all their binds wins or vs viewers and you lose a bind after every win

Example: You and jack get a group of 6 players that are random ranks and you each see 3 clips and you guys draft based players for a 3v3 based on that. Here’s my idea for videos that I would enjoy. You play players and guess their ranks. (Like this). But those players get to stipulate something different for you at the beginning of the match. I. E. No boost, they change a binding for you, change camera settings or something. Then we watch you guess their rank AND struggle to still crush them while you’re guessing. That might be more fun than you easily clipping on them.

What about taking a few people (I volunteer!) and have a video where you have a team free play with them and give people pointers and tips and see if it helps them improve their game play. You're going to have a BUNCH of travel videos to do since you're so totally going to the LANs (I know you can do it!!), maybe ask if you can do a video about scrims to let us see behind the scenes, that would be fun. When you do a boot camp, behind the scenes of that would be cool too. Host more tournaments where you play 2 vs 1 where you get to be solo, but your viewers get to have two of them. (Don't allow SSL or maybe even GC because that's a hard 2v1). Keep doing the awesome!!

Do a viewer tournament but every game you have to spin a wheel of handicaps. With options like. No boost, no jumping, kbm, camera shake, eyepatch, no air roll... ect, this would be real good if it was like you and flitz in coms.
