3 homemade shampoos! 💁🏻‍♀️

Here you go, three zero waste, non- toxic shampoos, all dervied from plant for a healthy scalp! Read to know how to use without any waste! It goes without saying, the food you eat is what is most important for your overall health - even for your hair.
Here are the recipes for your all natural shampoos :
🌺Hibiscus shampoo🌺
👉🏻 Collect hibiscus leaves, flowers & tulsi, wash them well
👉🏻 Squish it so that the plant juices release
👉🏻 Strain it and use it on your hair
👉🏻 Blend what is in the strainer, add some soap powder (find below) and use as body wash
💆🏻‍♀️Shampoo powder 💆🏻‍♀️
👉🏻 You’ll need peeled soapnuts (without seed), dried amla, shikakai, black cumin
👉🏻 Blend the above
👉🏻 Soapnuts tend to get clumpy as you grind so add rice if it gets too sticky
👉🏻 Sieve it, add some water, rice water (starch) or curd into the powder, mix and apply on your hair
👉🏻For what’s remaining in the strainer, used to make liquid shampoo (below) or blend it little water and use it as a body wash. You’ll be surprised to see that it gives out foam/soap! Also, soapnuts smell sooooo good!

👉🏻 Once it cool, strain and use

Just wash with Pure Reetha powder lather then rinse it & don't apply any kind of oil on your oily scalp beacuse you don't need any of it .... Wash your hair with Leeford Ketoconazole shampoo once a week... Don't take any type of stress & do Cardio or running at early morning... hope that will helps

No matter how much effective ingredients use but i think homemade shampoo doesn't work at all. It makes hair dry and it can not be applied on oily hair. So better use these ingredients as hair mask then wash with normal shampoo.

Let me tell you something.. Use alovera and hibiscus, grind it with water, use a drop of any shampoo.. Will work perfectly. I prefer this to use thrice in a week.

@menagamaniyan8808 I use the Soap nuts as follows: I boil them, then I drain them and let them cool. Then I take the bowl with the soapy water into the bathroom. I always wash my hair upside down. First I rinse out some of the oil with warm water and put one or two handfuls of soapy water on one spot. Then I massage it in so that some foam forms. I do this on all spots, then I rinse out the water and repeat the process once completely. Always shampoo twice! At the end, I put all my hair (lengths and tips) back in the bowl and massage the soap nut water in a little, as I noticed that this (unlike regular shampoo) does not dry out the hair, but makes it soft and shiny. I oil my scalp separately and it still works. I tried using soap nut ice cubes, but they don't dissolve well and don't foam.

there’s no such thing as “home made” sunscreen. Sunscreen needs proper effective lab derived UV filters and active ingredient that cannot be replicated at home with ingredients from our backyard. It’s science. Have you heard of Sun Protection Factor? Sunscreen needs an SPF 30+ AT LEAST to do an adequate job of protecting skin. And don’t think that coconut oil or sesame oil function as natural sunscreen. They do not contain any type of UV filters. Furthermore it’s idiotic to slather on OIL before stepping into the SUN. Its a surefire way to burn your skin. You’ll get fried! It should be common sense to not apply oil before going into the Sun oil+ heat = fried skin. Natural ingredients aren’t the answer to everything. We need scientific research backed products formulated with the right skincare/haircare actives.

Adding my version of herbal shampoo here idk the name of plant in English so excuse that Find any bari بیری the one with round seeds ,pluck it leave wash it ,hand grind it pass through cloth to take out reduce of leave ,squash the juice out ,it do come out sticky and soapy ,apply on hair dry massage it for while leave 20 min then rise it is quite hard working process as we need lots of leave to make small amount ,but it work well maybe for some it might feel like they still need to shampoo it after that depend on hairs also how much our hairs are dependent to strong cleansing shampoos so it take time to adjust for hair oil glads to make less oil EDIT PLANT NAME jujube or Ziziphus mauritiana
