Oh wow that is so cool to know! I love those automatic circuits we create with our hooping. I call them my daydreaming moves or my hoop jam moves, the ones I just do on repeat when I'm chatting at a hoop jam or in my hoop space having a good daydream!

Thanks so much for your videos I always find them so helpful and informative. I've actually just posted my own little video of me trying to hoop! Got the escalator in my mind so keep on practising. I want a smaller hoop because I love the off body moves and I just feel mine is too big!
