I don’t know the space around your home. But if i would be right, you can’t do much against the flood near the house. If i am right, then let’s see what ist the step with most effekt ? 1.) why is the wood flooded ? Is it possible to lift up the the riverbank that way, that the flood goes by an getting a field bellow your house? 2.) Would it help to take some cubic meters of earth to fill up before the house ? 3.) You are technical qualified - make a sink and pump the water out with batteries for the worst case 4.) go back some meters an give up the first 2 Meters of the house. Big thing yes, but 100.000 clicks
