Doing postgrad, it's my second week. One of my lecturers plays this link everytime we have a group task and we ought to concentrate. Remember how different you feel when you have let go of the fear and distress. Spend some time listing the things in life you feel ARE going your way. Take time out every day to look at the sky, listen to the sounds around you. Talk to someone if you feel that you can't face your future, but remember that fortune favours the bold; if things aren't going your way, come up with new ways of doing things, spend time doing and talking about things that you care passionately about.
