This is the best version of a combination of sleep stories/meditations I've ever heard. So often creators will just string together their videos, with the long endings of just music or sounds left intact, instead of creating a long form version like you've done here. I really have enjoyed listening to this. It makes the not successful, sleepless but relaxed, nights better for not being stuck in my own thoughts the whole time. Thank you.

“Life is short.” I randomly listen, lately. I randomly “fast forwarded” to: “Life is short.” And, the long pause…mine has been so long (even, just 4.5 decades) that I’ve become exhausted. I should’ve died countless times. And, yet, here I lie…not knowing how to live once and for all. I want to live, but I’ve no idea how to do so. Providence might show me. But what if not? My heart is swollen to the brink of breaking my own chest; but, I lie here wondering how to live. I do not belong wherever I am. The “lone wolf” sigma INFJ has no home - or, rather, I cannot find it in this world. Pray for me, stranger. For I live lost.

That's a shame you don't care for them. They're meant to allow you to drift to sleep. I Personally love them but, like you, many people seem to be annoyed/bothered by them, I listen to another sleep story channel and he's drastically reduced his pauses because of complaints he got. I think people are so used to traditional story telling that is more continuous and steady that it can be weird or jarring to hear the pauses. You may try giving it a bit more of a try as I know people have gotten used to and even grown to like the pauses
