My anxiety can sometimes get out of hand..but this music is what the doctors should’ve prescribed to everyone with the same issues. The soothing ness is so relaxing. Thank you for your help..

Uh I guess, that it might take away your "anxiety" in some cases....but I don't believe it really "takes" it away because for me..mine won't ever just be gone because of a song..although yes it's relaxing..if you really have anxiety you would know that.
