I totally understand this. I listen to this when I reality shift and it helps me sometimes when I get kicked out unwittingly from my DR to relax and go back to my happy place. I might permashift again soon because I have kids and a family with Donatello and also my prof in real life who teaches me about david hume. My boyfriend had a hard time to sleep so I suggest relaxing music, it was the only thing that helped him. At the same time I played with his hair and he fell asleep immediately. I live in a place that causes me great levels of stress and sorrow and a feeling of a nightmare. This music, in particular, helps me relax at night when sleep time gets too negative, or just when I want to relax doing something else, like studying, it makes my brain waves go soothing and calm and more positive, a thing that is very good for doing anything and having focus. Thank you, it's one of my favorite relaxing music on KZbin. I have been repeating this video for many years now, always works wonders. Thank good reality for the music that makes me feel good.
