I just had the dumbest idea but they have holders for test tubes that you could put the fingernail extensions (the claw things, they're actually part of a traditional Thai folk dance called the Finger Dance!) into so you can easily put them all on at once during the session. My brain is going a mile a minute and leapt to that conclusion while hearing you talk about how long it takes to put them all on lol - this video is amazing, as always!
