Great video Mr Ang; crisp and informative. I have some questions: (1) how do I monitor the level of water in my tank left is there a meter or gauge to measure it? (2) is it okay to deplete my tank of water during a water crisis or it’s better to leave some in there? Asking this because would an empty water tank damage the motor pump (as there is no more water) (3) is there any solution if let’s say there is a power outage and im using a motor that would mean that I would have no water too right? 😞 (4) Also another question when I have the tank installed how do I know that I have a water disruption in my house / area (if it suddenly happened unexpectedly) so that I can use water wisely. (5) I noticed that King Kong & ATKC air ventilation cap appears to be made from plastic. Do you have other models which have stainless steel air ventilation cover / caps? (Stainless caps so to withstand our climate; plastic may brittle over time)

1) you may install a water level indicator, but need to request from factory. Or else, by knocking on the tank surface..you able to roughly estimate. 2) yes, but you can also get a water pump, that is able to cut off automatically, when water dry out. 3) install bypass option, so you can switch to gravity power 4) usually, there will be notice and messages from the water co. However, once you detect a slow down at the kitchen tapi, you may need to check further. 5) true, however, manufacturer's concern is steel or s/steel cap will be easily corroded by the water chlorine. thanks.

What is the brown sediment that forms in the bottom of the tank. Will this sediment cause a chemical taste to the water? I have installed a 7 stage filter system but still the water has a chemical taste to it. Can you help

And during water shortage or no water emergency cases, what do i do to make the water from the water tank run into my house pipeline? Got valve pipes but i dont know which and where to turn it to. There's a C and O imprinted on those 2 valve pipes. Cant seem to find an answer on google. Please help.

It really depends on the configuration. You might have to trace each pipe line & valves. And of course, you might need a pressure pump to run it.
