Hello. I am using the same bms module. There are 2 of them, 1 is used and 1 is never used. I made the connections as in your video, but the voltage on the output pins seems exactly half of what it should be. For example, the voltage of the batteries connected in series is measured as 20.8 volts, but at the output pins of the bms circuit it is measured as 10.4 volts. I apply a voltage of around 24 for charging, but the bms circuit does not perform the charging process. The same problem applies to the old and the new.

Hello friend, I have the same bms board, but I bought it for 5S, and the 5s does not have the three resistors next to the positive with a value of 0. Therefore, it could not be configured for 3s or 4s. I have simply made a bridge for it and now I can configure it. This is done by the manufacturer to be able to put three different prices according to the cells. If you make a video explaining it it would be perfect, if you want to do the test to remove the three resistors you will see how it does not work. All of this has taken me a while to figure out. Thanks and sorry for the translation.

Do I need to connect (weld, solder) batteries to the BMS board in sequence (from plus to minus or vice versa) how is it in the laptop battery so that the board does not go into protection?

So using 5S, if you wanted , say, 19.5v to drive LED strobes, I guess you could wire in a separate output leads to a LM2596 Buck converter to limit the 5s final voltage to 19.5v, correct?
@powergen5224 жыл бұрын
LM2596 module is maximum 3A Output capable but your light lamp is minimum 10A required, so choose the DC 6-40V To 1.2-36V 300W 20A Constant Current Adjustable Buck Converter Step Down Module Board With Short Circuit Protection Function board, i have given the product detail link- www.banggood.in/custlink/mKvm28kzqG

@@powergen522 SPECS Voltage: 12V DC Amperage: 1.39A Power: 16.7W The manufacturer says their strobes require 1.39A so I thought the 3A limit on the LM2596 was sufficient.

Hi bang...Nak tanya boleh...Kalau kita pakai bateri 18650 1 biji kena guna bms 1s..klau 2biji bateri 18650 2s, dan 3biji bateri 18650 kena guna 3s...ke macam mana
@VARocketry4 жыл бұрын
Do I understand that this provides 3.7 x5= 18.5v max, or is it 4.2x 5= 21v? I read 18650 max voltage is 4.2v.
@powergen5224 жыл бұрын
yes, the battery is full charged condition is 4.2 *5=21v
