INGREDIENTS:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1.5 Cup
* Ghee (घी) - 3/4 Cup
* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Milk powder (मिल्क पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
* Sugar bura/Tagar (शक्कर बुरा/तगार) - 3/4 Cup
* Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) - Some
RECIPE:
In a pan, put some Wheat Flour & Ghee then roast it lightly on slow flame. Then turn off the flame & put Milk Powder in it & mix them. Then put Sugar Bura/Tagar & mix it as well. Mash the mixture & make it smooth. Put some chopped Dry Fruits in it.
In a tray, place clean wrap & put the mixture in it & spread it. Garnish it with some chopped Dry Fruits & keep it in the fridge or at room temperature. In this way, Delicious Barfi/Milk Cake/Katli will get ready to cut it in pieces & enjoy it on this Raksha Bandhan.

1.5 bowls wheat flour ¾ bowl ghee, little by little (At a low flame) ½ teaspoon Elaitchi powder Turn off gas flame Add ½ cup milk powder ¾ powdered sugar in warm mixture (not in boiled one) Press it properly, so that it's ghee come out (if not, then put 2-3 spoons of hot ghee into it) Only then keep this mixture for cooling (in a tin beaker with a butterpaper) if it is a little hot, otherwise it wouldn't be able to freeze properly. Sprinkle some dry fruits, let it set properly at room temperature (3-4 hours) otherwise in refrigerator (1 hour). Cut it into pieces

Wah madam. "Tusi tah kamaal hi kar ditta". I made this barfi today and it tastes awesome. Really great to satisfy the sweets craving. Please tell me the solution so it doesnt stick inside the mouth and becomes more combined because it breaks to powder.
