Worst grinder experience, this grinder top knob gets stuck and stone and grinder both rotates together. We have given it for service again same problem. Sorry to say this, this is very delicate product. We can’t exchange as well because the product will get returned with may be ~ 1000 RS only.

Hi Madam, There is less chance for over heating. Maintain the measurement of rice. You can grind up to 1kg of rice and not more than that. If your grinding is lesser than the capacity and still over heat occurs, pls call prestige customer care and book a service ticket. The grinder has free home service . Let the technician evaluate the reason for over heating. Thanks.
