Damn I wish you all would have told me about this exhaust before I purchased the 3" piping from trubendz, High flow cat from magna flow, vibrant ultra quiet resonator from Vibrant and a vibrant resonator as well 😢 all this and you guys put this out 3 weeks later. Lmao I'm dying over here. Keep up the good work though fellas.

Unfortunately I got my exhaust done about a year ago. But I'm 47 and have the 34 and under sound. 3 inch, no cat, no resonator, or mid muffler, going out to 2 flow masters. Also the TSX is an auto. I am 0lanning on picking up another TSX. Will definitely purchase this exhaust. It sounded great in my headphones.

I drive 100 miles a day on average going 70mph TSX is 6mt. I have a header and test pipe how annoying would the resonated one be at cruising speed?

The "resonated" one would be definitely audible but not terribly annoying. The non resonated would be a bit noisy.

Does this bolt-up right to stock cat/header? From cali and was hoping to run this before I decide to do headers + tune. Love the raw look of this exhaust, but man is it loud with a header. Might have to go resonated. lol

It would sound better with a thicker material header like Serge Bo. After I switched from PLM to Serge, all my raspy exhaust sound disappeared. WeaponR, PLM all have the raspy header sounds.

@@BogDog9 completely normal. My friends and I used to have PLM and it ticks. There’s nothing you can do to fix it. We tried welding the slip joins but it didn’t fix it.

Most definitely with one muffler versus two, and one resonator instead of a resonator+mid-muffler. We don't have a weight on the OEM system but this one weighs 36 lbs (non res).

How do you mean? The car here does not have a lip, but the cutout is similar or the same.

So I see some exhaust tips extend a bit too much and others are too short. For example, stock exhaust with a euro r lip looks like the car has no exhaust from certain angles. I want the exhaust tip to sit flush with the euro r rear lip

So you're asking if it fills it up and when I say fill up the tip cutout, I'm thinking diameter. You're asking how far the tip comes out. You can see in the video how it looks on the guy's car, obviously a rear lip is going to come out a little farther and the tip isn't going to have the same reveal with a lip on. You have an ability to try to use your mind's eye to see how that kind of looks. To your point, many exhaust systems have difficulty looking good in both configurations, so you really have to go a little more on the overall look sound and performance than just how it looks with a lip on. If you're trying to find an exhaust that looks to be made with a lip on exclusively, then you're going to be looking a really long time and probably not find something.

There is a very high likelihood this kit would fit an 03-07 accord v6 and 04-08 TL with maybe minor adjustments to the section that bolts to the jpipe. Have you looked into this? I’d be doing it right now if I were you, no one sells a 3” single exit exhaust off the shelf for those cars, a trubendz custom kit is the closest thing.

Through the stock exhaust it's just slightly "noisy" I wouldn't call it loud. It sounds really good in your car so I expect mine will sound similar. Thanks for being the guinea pig!!!👍👍

3" piping is going to make more sound, regardless. This isn't really a "loud" exhaust, but it isn't quiet. You aren't going to get a quieter 3".
