Ive tried this and it will be as hard as a rock after refrigeration. And the taste is sweet, just sweet. I like eating nutella as is, with this recipe there no pronounced and distinctive flavor that makes this special. Just sweet.

It’s actually better to roll it into the balls, before freezing it. That way, you don’t have to scoop and roll up the hardened batter.

Looks nice but honestly I prefer the CreamCheese method instead of Nutella simply because extra sweet desserts aren't that good and I probably won't be able to eat much of it. Cream Cheese balances the whole thing. ❤
