@@marygracedichoso4071 Also, a good choc ice cream doesn't require a lot of ingredients. With 4 you're good. Egg yolks, sugar, cream, and chocolate 50% cocoa and up. No need for a half assed recipe like in the video. Ice cream rarely requires tons of ingredients. It's all about technique.

The ingredients are all ok but the measurements are a lil bit clunky. Whip the whipping cream in room temp(no need to chill first).after it become fluffy,add the sweetened milk as well as the cocoa powder.mixed it well then chill overnight. It might take a few tries to get the right measurements but once u got it,man it's gonna be ice cream all day!

You can use less condensed milk and add little milk,milk powder,sugar powder..this makes ice cream like store brought and it won't harden..as ice cream made with full of condensed milk harden's
