My friends and I once explored an abandoned asylum out side of Philadelphia. The creepiest part was the Crematorium on the top floor. It had this large walk in furnace, that was basically a large metal box with a door and placed in the middle the room. My best friend was about to walk inside to check it out but wisely changed his mind after seeing how dark it was inside

I know how you feel, feel better! You can drink lemon tea with honey. You could use a spoon of honey to relief some of that broken glass throat feeling. Gargle with salt and stay hydrated. This helped me each time.
