I dont think there is an age restriction but you may have to pay the adult fair if they occupy a seat. Being a water activity you need to be extra cautious.

Tour cost is 450,000vnd/person. There are boats from the Cau Da Pier, that goes to hon tam, which you can use. It may not cost more than 50,000vnd.
