To the lady with the fence sections. It looks like the same situation we have in my neighborhood. One neighborhood should pay for an every two or three year soft wash and repaint of the fences on both sides and every home owner should be paying an equal share. The lady in my neighborhood sends out bills for every home in our subdivision. We have no homeowners association so since she is the front house we all pay for the one maintenance fee every few years. No one complains about the 150 dollar fee. oh, she will come after you if you dont pay. lol

Yes I am. I think maybe soon I'll upgrade it all to 3/4" plumbing and proportioner and use 5/8" hose to apply

Pool deck and screen enclosures are always more difficult than just a house wash because you’re always pushing dirty water and weeds especially when it’s pavers. Up charge for those dirty pool decks.

They're easy most of the time. But definitely requires more attention than a house wash. I average cleaning them under 1hr most of the time.

would you recommend buying a softwash system already made online? instead of getting all the parts myself and setting it up to be mobile? it is a decent investment (like 3k), but saves time and trouble and i am sure roof/house washing is hella profitable so worth it? @@PinkFlamingoPowerWash

With my 8gpm I use either the 2550 or 2520 nozzle

Put gasoline on the oil stain let it sit 10 minutes then add floor dry broom it in and it cleans really well

Chlorine. Which is in the pool already. It can't be contaminated. Pool has 7-10k gallons of water in it.
