Good idea! We had a cabin but instead of going outside our dad had us use a bucket (with a toilet seat on it…. ) of course this was in the 1960’s!

The kids singing was so cute. Ivy has the most adorable biggest blue eye. Her curls are so cute. But, I would go camping with a tent as big as yours but I would bring a queen size air mattress for us to sleep on. The kids loved to sleep in their sleeping bags. We discovered a portable toilet is a must. A bucket with a seat on top. Put a trash bag inside, every time you potty, cover it with cedar chips to prevent smelling. Easy clean up. We do all our business in the bucket. As the kids have grown, we got a separate pop up dome, that’s perfect for the bucket toilet and a bag of cedar chips. Makes life easy.

2 necessary things when camping is comfortable bedding and pillows and toilets that FLUSH! You're just like me whenever my kids make noises in the tent I always worry they'll wake up other campers. It's absolutely gorgeous where you guys went camping.

I did a practice round camping trip in the backyard 2 weeks ago. The noises of the night had my littles restless. I wanted to practice before we braved a camping trip on the Buffalo.
