3 killed after alleged drunk driver plows into crowd at NYC park

Three people were killed, and several others injured, after a suspected drunk driver plowed his vehicle into a Lower Manhattan park that was filled with people. FOX 5 NY's Robert Moses has the details.

In the past 3 months she has hit 4 other people's cars not including her own which is always at the mechanics shop getting getting autobody work that her insurance pays for afterwards. Our insurance has gone up 50%. When we asked why, the insurance rep said too many pot smokers are now on the road and are causing accidents. The worst part is she thinks it is fine and told me people who take edibles or hit the bong have the same reaction time as someone who is sober. The scary part is there are thousands more like her on the road. SMH 😡
