Aware po ako na kapag BMBE is matic Itemized Deduction Tax Rate..Question ko lang po: 1. Paano po kapag ang manok at gulay ay sa palengke/talipapa binili wala naman po silang resibo. Happy Day po! Q#1- Not allowed po as valid deductions from gross income for income tax purposes. Bali useless na po iya dahil exempted kayo sa income tax for 2 years under BMBE law. Q#2- Makikita nyo po yan sa COR nyo. Not required lang po to file 1701Q. But still required to file and pay quarterly percentage tax using 2551Q. Thank you!

Sir minsan naguguluhan ako sa explaination nyo for BMBE May isang video kayo na sinabi nyo hindi na REQUIRED may file ng quaterly percentage tax ang mga bmbe at Annual income tax nalang ang isubmit. Tapos dito sa video nyo magbabayad ang bmbe ng quaterly percentage tax at un annual income tax ay wala lng babayaran. Ano po ba ang malinaw at legal na basehan ng tax exemption ng BMBE? At un binangit nyo na Memorandum ng BIR regarding exemption ng BMbE ay anong control no. Or effectivity date. Madalas po kasi ako manuod sa inyo. Hope for the reply and and clarification.
