I did data analysis for some time for a service and sales organization. This aspect was so important to every report. you always had to be able to tell the story. The graph was a visual cue, but speaking to the data was the most important element.

Raw data are just a numbers if we don’t have a culture/community context. Long time ago I had a task. Find the reason why this report has strange peak(phone calls amount) after a few days we put that data on regular calendar with bank holidays in Poland. The reason of the peak was simple. There was a Eastern and people are calling to families with holiday wishes - pre messenger/whatsup age🙂

First start a regular full-time job as a junior data analyst. Apply for internships or traineeships and then get a couple of years of experience before you dive into freelancing
