when my solid color added turbulent displace and edit the amount that you suggest, but something strange here whatever I try to change the amount of it my solid color still on the rectangle so it looks not good

I've had the same problem, and this has worked for me. Notice that when adding the turbulent displace, it has the "always layer" check mark by default, and it has the "pin all" option. I have no idea why, but in my after effects this did not happen when adding the effect, maybe I have an older version. The correct options would be to mark the "always layer" checkbox and set the "Horizontal Pin" option. I hope it works, good luck

I found that slowing down the video helps. You can do that under the gear icon "Playback Speed".

Inserting a third layer and text transition breaks the movement when I try to replicate your second effect. It either glitches in and out won’t move or jumps in part way through the transition so I can’t get a smooth enough transition. Any possible fix?
