I can confirm that even now 01 December 2023, The Dax Mission method still works on PC. You can't change gloves in the mission but once you pick up the bag, just quit it using phone then change gloves when you spawn with the bag in free roam. After that, flying vehicle, James Bond onto the mask shop and save. If you don't see it right away change between outfits and back to the one you saved the bag on and you should see it appear on your outfit. The transfer method also worked for me just as it was explained in the video. I can't get the first method to work. I think I missed my landing on the yellow marker after the Robbery in Progress job. Thanks for the awesome video! My outfits are complete now that I can get this bag!
