guys im m gonna be honest i play aatrox whenever i get back into league and this is by far the strongest he has ever felt. if you can bully them you just win lane by default. your items are cheapish so you just farm up and bully and even if you cant bully them you can just wave manage so easily and safely

have been using demolish instead of revitalise ... it seems pretty op to me -bully them out of lane -quick demolish on turret (1-plate) -and then base - and come back to lane without missing a minion

gore drinker is VERY situational, duskblade will be better 90% of time (at least thats what all the aatrox mains say)

So you should always be moving away spacing exactly to your Q range! But if they do have a dash or something like that you can always use W to peel them back or use E with your Q to get back to your good spacing!

2:21 "You have a very strong level 1" I'm a Aatrox OTP and this is not true at all. Your level 1 Q has 10 flat damage. Yeah, you read that right, ten flat damage with some (around 60%, not all) of your AD going into it, it also deals 45% LESS damage against minions, and it's cooldown is almost 20 seconds. This makes the champion at level 1 have no damage, no push, and a huge vulnerability window, things most average toplaners will know how to abuse. You will lose level 2 prio in 98% of your laning phases. As Aatrox your game pretty much starts at level 5 (or level 3-4 if you are good at him). Don't get me wrong, Aatrox is fucking busted and its really fun to play, but saying he is a "strong level 1 champion" is to spread misinformation. Other than that, the rest of the video is pretty accurate.

This is a great comment and great point which allows me to explain further! The power of Aatrox's level 1 isn't necessarily the damage from the Q but instead a few other things! Firstly, having 3 lots of Q allows you to animation cancel your auto attacks which combined with the Qs incredibly importantly allows you to get to your fully proced Conqueror incredibly fast, it's this power being able to stack this which makes his level 1 amazing!
