Thank you for the video(s) Nick. I must try this! I attempted my first knife with a guard recently, and it was such a process to drill out the the holes on a drill press and then file a bit, check... file a bit more, check, ad infinitum. Need to make myself a punch. Where'd you get the bronze? Looks awesome! Cheers from Texas!

What kind of bronze are you using?

I wish I could tell you! Someone gave it to me. Pretty sure it’s silicon bronze.
